About the event

The American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Course is 2.5-3 hour classroom based course designed to help healthcare providers in-hospital and out of hospital settings recognize life threatening emergencies and provide high quality CPR. 

  • Participants learn how to recognize and provide care in respiratory and cardiac emergencies for adults, children and infants, with special emphasis on two-rescuer CPR use of the resuscitation mask, bag-valve mask and Automated External Defibrillator. This course is especially recommended for medical professionals, lifeguards, aerobics/fitness/sports instructors and public and private safety/security employees. 
  • This American Heart Association certificate is valid for 2 years. 
  • Student must pass and open book 25 question exam to receive their certification.
  • E-Cards are issued within 24 hours after successful completion of the course.

  • Class will be conducted in Clementon, NJ. Exact address will be sent upon registration.
